The late great Joe Pope, founder & publisher of SFF was so right! In the insert of the very 1st SFF Christmas audio edition he wrote(I'm doing this from memory here, although I still have all the SFF original audio flexis) "To all you bootleggers out there who will take this stuff and put it on the cheapest piece of vinyl you can find, then charge five bucks(Well it was like 1977) for it, just remember we gave it away for free here!" This was some really great material for the day. Well before all the Unsurpassed, and Ultra rare stuff. I still love Paul's version of "I'm So Tired" with the line "Get off the booze boy!" The 3 Stooges Meet The Beatles was a WBCN fake spot put together by Tom Sandman and Billy West(Voice now of Ren & Stempy, the Red M&M, The Cheerio's Bee, ect). SInice I haven't heard this CD, I'm not sure if they preserved Joey the Pope on 910(The one after 909) and the immitated voices of Paul's Grandfather and the Beatles from AHDN. The studio version of Soily is really cool. Rest in peace Joe Pope. You still Shine On! May they have where ever you are your favorite desert, Instant Karmels!
