I can review my own creation can't I?

The source for this 2 cd set is D.A.T. tape from a friend of my brother who mostly collects the Allman Bros., Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Fillmore East/West stuff. He told me once when I was first visiting him in his home that "I only want master recordings. It's got to be from masters or I don't want it."
Taking that with a grain of salt, the quality of this set, and the material on his shelves full of DAT tape, speak for themselves. He even boasted that "I have stuff even the ABB wants." Which implies that he was able to get digital copies of master tapes from someone with a connection to or actually in, the music business.

I was just a super flabbergasted collector who had to mind my p's and q's while in his home. His system sounded sooo good I was beside myself. Not just for the quality blaring over speakers, who's extra heavy gauge wires we're actually suspended off the carpet 4 inches (I forgot why he did that), but also for the Jimi H tracks I had NEVER heard before!

His Hendrix DATs also included "34 Outakes", "Winterland 68", and "Atlanta Pop/Berkeley". I renamed the Atlanta/berkeley dat material "Patriotic festivals & Riots '70"
