 | EMI Studios, London, England, 4 December 1969 "Laugh" or "Item I" as it was titled by John, included Mal Evans, Yoko Ono, Anthony Fawcett, Geoff Emerick, Phil McDonald, Malcolm Davies, Eddie Klein and others. In his book "The Beatles" (1995), Allan Kozinn reported that an early Plastic Ono Band project, "a recording of a studio full of people lauging wildly for half an hour" - was left unissued. Fortunately, only a few minutes of recording sessions are featured on this disc. During these same sessions they were also recording another art piece, "Whisper" or "Item II" as it was probably also called. The only thing to come from these sessions is the finished stereo mix of Laugh, which can be found on After The Remember 2 CD set. The complete and mixed version of Whisper is still out there.

 | Composite edit of the unedited video master and the official live version on The John Lennon Video Collection. The bulk of the track comes from the Video Collection version, since it's better quality, but the unedited raw version has a longer fade-out and a partial count-in. Combining these fragments results in the best possible version of the take #1.

 | Instant Karma! #2
Better quality than on Vinyl To The Core, no distortion at the end.

 | Working Class Hero (F... Version) First broadcasted on thursday 1 October 1998
A promo video mix released in 1998 to promote the John Lennon Anthology. Artificially lengthened with interview bits and sound effects mixed in. Sort of a mini biography in a 6-minute music video. Interest enough, while Capitol chose to censor "fucking", they also mixed in people chanting "fuck that shit". Makes sense, right?

 | | Soundtrack from Fly raw footage, somewhat different than the version found on Another Flaming Pie. Very muddy stereo and ends abruptly. |
| | Listed as "This Fly" | | 9. | | |
 | Oh My Love rehearsals Tittenhurst Park, Ascot, Friday 21 May 1971
Raw footage from the unreleased movie Working Class Hero, better sound than on "Free As A Bird" (FAB 1). |

 | Composite of the soundtrack from "John's Birthday" video by Jonas Mekas (2:39), and another clip (0:45) from an outtake from the Birthday video. This 3:26 fragment is previously unbootlegged. The track features John, Yoko, Phil Spector, Ringo, Maureen, Allan Ginsberg, Klaus Voormann, Jim Keltner and a bunch of other people jamming and singing at John's 31st birthday party. The film itself contains sped-up footage from the Birthday party which shows John strumming on an acoustic guitar with his friends, along with Ringo clapping along. Note that the "Attica State" featured here isn't the Lennon composition that appears on Sometime In NYC LP, it's more like a Yoko/Spector driven jam than an actual song. | |   | | |

 | A short acoustic rendition from a French TV documentary, with an unfortunate French voice over. | | 14. | | |
 | This wonderful acoustic performance has been available on several bootlegs, first appearing on the Yin Yang LP in 1982, and on the Anthology, where the mix differs from this mono soundboard recording, and is presented here with the complete intro and an incomplete band introduction. No no-noise has been applied to this recording, so it sounds better than it has ever done on a boot. | | 15. | | |
 | | John commenting on Paul's latest album, RAM. |
| | 16. | | |
 | | Previously available demo, but longer. The bulk of this track has also been available on the Lost Lennon Tapes and News Of The Day, but was missing the beginning and ending which are more complete here, edited in from the Anthology. Unfortunately, the Anthology edit is missing everything in between. |

 | | A couple of lines listed as "Magic Mirror" |
| | 21. | | | | A humorous but short interview with John reminiscing about The Beatles | | 22. | | 1:01 |
 | John Lennon, Keith Moon and Elton John filming a promotion film for John's latest album.
|
| | 23. | | | | | |   | | |
 | A french TV interview where John breaks into a rendition of Lady Marmelade. Unfortunately, he doesn't know a lot of the words... Longer than the version on Brandy Alexanders and The Wall Of Sound set from Vigotone. | |   | | |

 | | Taken from a home video source where John tapes himself composing two demos of "Dear Yoko", later released on the Double Fantasy album. Then the tape cuts to John setting up the camera in the living room, capturing Yoko arriving at the front door. Has preamble/intro introducing it as "Oh Yoko Part 2 circa 1971/2/3" |

 | Dialogue from a home video filmed on vacation at Cold Spring Harbour in 1980. Parts of this dialogue were used in John Lennon's Family Album overdubbed and edited. Here is the unbutchered tape.
|
| | 28. | | |
 | As a totally unrelated bonus track, we have included The End from the famous "Abbey Road Talks" LP, most of which hasn't been rebooted on vinyl or CD since. Presented here is a muddy stereo mix with the long chord at the end.
