Total duration: 47:00

All the artwork relates to the Original Gnat Records release NOT the Shalom - European copy.

This is a vinyl release from 1983. As far as I know it has never been released on CD.
The sound quality is nothing like what we have heard on later versions on most of the songs, but I will like to include it because some tracks I haven't seen anywhere else.
Although the sleeve says it is released by Shalom records the label is Kitten with German text.

The sound quality is so-so, but this had no effect on the fun side of the record. A great listening experience, with good and often well-played music.

Some of this stuff was already released in better quality and some of it would be later released in better quality(the version of come and get on this album was deliberatley downgraded a little in quality). an ok album but not all that exciting.

Great set ! I bought this boot with all the stuff it came with (the film strip, the picture) for twenty fat Canadian dollars. I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the vinyl was chipped off so that I couldn't listen to the first song of each side, but still I had a great time listening to the rest of it !
I for myself really enjoy "Christmas Time Is Here Again". From a musical perspective, it ain't the greatest song they wrote but you can feel the smile they had while recording it...
The January 69 cuts were great to discover for me because I never heard any of it before I bought this lp years ago (actually around 1992 !).
Would need a lot of pitching work for tracks like "Leave My Kitten Alone" and "If You've Got Troubles", so I don't know if the Yellow Panda version got it all fixed...

An average collection of outtakes. Most of the tracks are now available elsewhere in better quality and longer. On the other hand, at its time of release, this disc offered new material unavailable elsewhere.
Note that an upgraded version was released by "Yellow Panda" label (which has the same piching)

I recently picked this up on eBay for $37, although I planned on spending no more than $25 I decided to up my max bid after I found out that it came with the photo (Sgt. Pepper's Era)and the film strip (Let It Be Movie). Needless to say it's not a bad bootleg, I have worse!

Back in the day this was a fantastic set. As mentioned above, it originally came with a 5 to 6 inch strip of movie film and a 4x5(?)glossy photo of the group. At the time most of this material was new to me and it was fun to pretend/imagine this was a new Beatles album. Though better sounding versions of most of this material are now available , it's still a well programmed and fun listen.

My copy came with a blue album cover & a film strip of them on stage from A Hard days night, & a photo of when Ringo & Barbra Bachs wedding in 81!
