Enjoyable performances!
The sound quality of 1964 concert is excellent.
1965 afternoon concert was already issued by YD in YDB201 (Live, live, live!). This version seems to be taken from the same source.
To complete the 74 minutes of a CD, the publisher includes 4 tracks by other groups which supported The Beatles.
The digi-pack art is good with b&w photos.
If you see this CD, buy it!

Un disque absolument indispensable !

Il offre quelques titres enregistr=E9s =E0 l'Olympia de Paris en janvier 1964 (Les Beatles y rest=E8rent 3 semaines cons=E9cutives - record absolu de toute la p=E9riode Beatlemania - mais peu de t=E9moignages sonores existent), et l'int=E9gralit=E9 des 2 shows du Palais des Sports en 1965 (tr=E8s facile =E0 trouver en bootleg).

Superb! This is how bootlegs should be! Excellent sound quality, all in an extremely attractive package, with a special booklet. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this package!

My CD has 34 tracks and the total duration is 78:59. The difference are:
Track 1-9 are the same as on the CD "The Lost Paris Tapes" with Trini Lopez "If I had a hammer" and Robert Marcy's Comments.
Track 10-17 are the same as the above track 8-15.
Track 18 is interview with The Beatles 03:32.
Track 19-21 are the same as the above track 16-18.
Track 22 is some instr. jazz 00:56.
Track 23 is the above track 19 + interview with John 5:16.
Track 24-34 are the same as the above track 20-30.
All in all a superb CD

I don't know if it's because I'm French, but this live is great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sound's not that good for the first few songs but still some stuff in here is really great.

What is great too are the interviews by French journalists who don't seem to realize all this Beatlemania going on around the world (not that much in France... most French don't understand music at all !!!). During the interviews the four boys make fun of the journalists who don't even seem to understand.

But the best is, of course, music, which reveal that the Beatles were a little tired but still had fun playing live.

The rock n'roll covers are great and played with a lot of energy (French still don't understand that Rock n' Roll must be played with a lot of energy... poor taste...) and this is where you can hear that the Beatles hits were enjoyable on records but on stage too.

All in all, a great boot. Some kind of time capsule which gives us a glimpse at the Beatlemania seen by French in the 60's (good luck...)
