The Beatles
Make way for George, our guitar-hero! This monster' version was created by editing together (one after another) five guitar solos from George from different takes of I Saw Her standing There. It is a testament to Ringo's drumming and sense of timing, that we could do that! So hear for yourself as George plays as to save his life... only to find that this take is a breakdown... Recorded, like Track 1, on February 11, 1963.

It's a great buzz to be a beatleg hunter & to have literally EVERYTHING there is to get,beatleg-wise,& to suddenly find a bootleg album with stuff on it you've never heard before .....for me,this was one of those albums.
A great peek into the Beatles recording process.

Nothing really worthwile in here. Everything (apart from some of the outfakes) have been released on different and better bootlegs before. Not even worth to trade for.

I'm with Legs. You don't need this.
Review by: AudioarchivistOn 16 Mar 2008 at 01:19 CEST
hey it's ok if you can find a download of it for free!
PS: bonus track at end - acoustic instrumental "Michelle" demo?

Poor quality garbage in an unattractive "Anthology" knockoff cover. Everything on here is circulating in superior quality, some tracks on the other "Anthology" bootlegs. The only thing of interest is the 'I Saw Her Standing There' guitar solo medley, and even that track sounds awful on my disc.

Not to mention, this most certainly *isn't* a true release by OMI, who did the fantastic "Anthology More" and "Anthology 2000" boots.
