Reviews

Review by: Harry de Swart, hades@westbrabant.netOn 27 Oct 2000
The recordcompany of this album is Joker. Distributer is SAAR in Milano. The quality of the live recordings of the Beatles is poor, some have hick-ups. The other ones might be demo's or live broadcast recordings. I'm not an expert on Beatles bootlegs but I think the recordings could be traced back to bootlegs of 1964 recordings.
Bye,

Hi, im the owner of a copy called; The Beatles and Rolling Stones (live)
The label is: Joker
The nr. is: SM 3591/B (stereo)

Side 1 has 7 songs from the Beatles
Songs nr. 1,3,6 and 7 are from the Hollywood Bowl Concert.
Songs nr. 2,4 and 5 are from a BBC radioshow called "Pop go the Beatles" that was aired between june and september 1963 on a weekly basis.

Side 1
1. Boys. (HB)
2. Do you want to know a secret.(PGTB) june 4th 1963
3. All my loving.(HB)
4. Please please me.(PGTB) august 13th 1963
5. Misery.(PGTB) june 4th 1963
6. Twist and Shout.(HB)
7. You cant do that.(HB)

And the soundquality isn't very good.
More from the show Pop go the Beatles can be found on the legally copy on CD called, the Beatles at the BBC.(with great soundquality)

Greetz......JohnnyThorens.
