Terrible! I wasted my money on this one. The "How do you sleep" session is interesting but hardly worth the $60 to $80 you'd have to fork out for it(which I stupidly did). Don't waste your money!

I've bought a later pressing, which means there was no slipcase and no liner notes. Still nicely presented, though.
This is a really hard one to listen to. As a matter of fact, disc one is pretty enjoyable, with quite a bit of jamming and bluesy riffing. The Bonuses on disc one aren't that interesting. Disc two is the tough bit. The sound is just slightly better than the fragment we got on LLT 30-32, which means that it's rather a hissy affair. Furthermore, I really can't be bothered listening to Curtis improvising quite aimlessly. Don't let the 'John talks about the 1966 tour' and 'Acoustic demonstration' bits fool you: none of it is essential.

I love HOW DO YOU SLEEP, specially since I saw John's naughty face when he presents it to George in Gimme Some Truth video. This CD was very welcome in my collection. However, both of my CDR copies have a strange and LOUD glitch at the beginning of each disk... is this a source problem?

I'd have to defend this set from some of the above reviews, it is obvious that some people forgot about the first 3 cd set that vigotone put out of Imagine session tapes, it would be a good idea to put that set and this set next to each other n just realize what an amazingly comprehensive look at one of john's most important album. More Session's tapes has really great stuff on the first disc, nice sound and an overall raw feel that only lennon seemed to do best on how do you sleep, the reggae mixture is superb, harrison's slide is amazing, the bonus tracks aren't much but hey, whatever, hard to whine about a little filler

A great addition to the famous "Imagine-All The Outtakes"!
A must not only for Lennon-Freaks!

superb sound and that alone is worth the cost

Its a great set, again, only for completests. There are no glitches on the original set though, so it might be a burn error.
