Reviews

Review by: Gustavo Rigterby, grigterby@hotmail.comOn 29 Apr 2000
The sound quality is really bad.
The instrumental tracks may be Beatles or anyone else.
Tracks 11-13 are boring, unless you like Beatles chat.
Tracks 14-15 are similar to commercial versions.
Last track has a funny "bamba" rythm version of Twist and Shout by The Fourmost.
Only for completists.
Conclusion: Save money;a CD-R copy will be enough.

beleive it or not, i like this disc! yeah the quality is terrible, but look at the star club material it was a step better in quality and everyone liked it!
Review by: Gato, Gatofury@Yahoo.comOn 07 Mar 2001
Sure some of the sound quality is crap. But I consider it
essential. No where else have I heard this un-edited
version of Please Mr. Postman. It ALWAYS use to strike
me as odd when Lennon used to say...
"deliver the letter, the sooner the bet"
Now I know why; They chopped it!

Also, nowhere else can you find these versions of "It Won't
Be Long" with the stops in between chorus's.

Terrible sound;anybody could have recorded most of the tracks, and you could never tell the difference.
Save your money for some other boot with quality.
Is there less than a star for rating?
Review by: liverpaulOn 19 Nov 2003 at 01:37 CEST
Please, do not try to get this piece of crap!!! For the same material, get "Alf together now" which sounds ten zillion times better...
